Server Assistant

Responsibilities Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests' tables. Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area. Support food preparation tasks in the kitchen as needed, including basic plating and setup. Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with food safety standards. Buss tables by removing used dishes, silverware, and glassware to ensure a tidy environment. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus; familiarity with banquet settings or hotel hospitality is advantageous. Kitchen experience or culinary background can enhance your ability to support food prep tasks effectively. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this energetic role.
