From $3.00 per hour + Tips Job description: Experienced Server | Antigua Restaurant Group Job Overview Antigua Restaurant Group is seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join our front-of-house team at Antigua Latin Inspired Kitchen in West Allis. We are looking for polished, dependable, guest-focused servers who understand hospitality, professionalism, and high-level service standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This is not an entry-level serving position. Applicants should be comfortable managing multiple tables, maintaining composure under pressure, and delivering attentive, professional service throughout every shift. Responsibilities Provide attentive and professional guest service Maintain strong food, wine, cocktail, and menu knowledge Guide guests through menu selections and daily specials Execute smooth table service in a fast-paced environment Accurately enter orders and process transactions through POS systems Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout shifts Assist in supporting overall dining room flow and guest experience Uphold Antigua Restaurant Group service standards and appearance expectations Qualifications Minimum 2 years serving experience required High-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure Wine, cocktail, and hospitality knowledge strongly preferred Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability required Weekend and evening availability required Experience with POS systems preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay + tips Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities within Antigua Restaurant Group Employee dining discounts About Antigua Restaurant Group Antigua Restaurant Group is an independent Milwaukee-based hospitality company rooted in Latin-inspired food, service, and guest experience.
