Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and dietary options. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while adhering to food safety standards. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and address any guest concerns promptly. Uphold fine dining standards and provide exceptional guest services to enhance the dining experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently as needed. Experience Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems, such as OpenTable, is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards is essential. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest interaction and customer service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
