Host/Busser/Food Runner/Server

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced environment of our restaurant. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Your ability to communicate effectively with both the kitchen staff and customers will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Ensure that all food items are clean, well-presented, and meet quality standards before serving. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests from guests. Support waitstaff by refilling drinks, clearing tables, and assisting with other tasks as needed. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for guests. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Familiarity with food handling practices is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a busy restaurant setting.
