Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, a knack for providing excellent customer service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival.
• Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and beverage.
• Take orders from patrons for food or beverages, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Serve food and drinks to guests, and prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and return change to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation at tables and in the serving area.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, stocking service areas, and assisting with opening and closing tasks.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests.
• Participate in ongoing training and comply with all restaurant policies and procedures.

Requirements :

• Proven work experience as a server, waiter/waitress, or similar role in a restaurant setting.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) terminals and common restaurant order management systems.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma; food safety training is a plus.
