Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation quality and proper food handling procedures Manage cash handling, cashiering, and OpenTable reservations with precision and professionalism Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to sanitation standards in food preparation areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns swiftly Skills Proven experience with food service operations, including serving in fine dining or nightclub environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable reservation platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing guest satisfaction Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to make every guest's experience unforgettable!
