Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering food and beverages promptly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are noted. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to assist guests in their selections. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a clean and organized service area. Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and kitchen spaces. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution to enhance guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions. Process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy in transactions. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
