Description We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, managing reservations, and ensuring efficient seating arrangements. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
• Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Monitor dining room activity and adjust seating as needed
• Uphold restaurant policies and procedures to ensure a positive dining experience

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
