Host $20.00 / hour + tips Full and Part Time positions available Las Montañas Las Montañas is looking for an experienced host to join our team and help us provide our guests with the full Las Montañas experience. Job Summary As a Host, you will provide a warm, friendly, and immediate greeting to guests at the door, as well as on the phone. You will seat all guests and maintain the details of the reservation system throughout each shift. Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions Seating guests at tables and assigning them to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): ServSafe certification preferred Excellent customer service and people skills required Strong verbal and written communication skills required High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Maintain a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff
