As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of the dining experience. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a positive first impression Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Answer phone inquiries promptly, providing accurate information about wait times and availability Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and guest flow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their dining experience Support guest relations by addressing concerns courteously and professionally, ensuring satisfaction Qualifications Prior experience as a host or hostess in food service or restaurant settings preferred Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices Previous experience in serving, guest services, or restaurant operations is beneficial Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
