Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent first impressions and managing wait times efficiently Assist hosts in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize the dining experience Serve as a Food Runner by promptly delivering dishes from the kitchen to tables with accuracy and enthusiasm Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas throughout shifts Support guest needs by answering questions about menu items and restaurant policies with clarity and friendliness Handle guest inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, ensuring positive guest relations at all times Requirements Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests, team members, and management Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; familiarity with hotel or restaurant technology is beneficial Excellent guest service skills, including patience, attentiveness, and a positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light trays or dishes as needed Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving etiquette, and hospitality standards Reliable team player with a commitment to creating an inviting atmosphere for all guests Join us in delivering exceptional service that keeps guests coming back!
