Hostess Cashier

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service to set a positive tone for their visit Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently, maintaining waitlists and communicating wait times clearly Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Handle cashier duties including processing payments, issuing receipts, and giving correct change with precision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and cashier area to uphold our high standards of hygiene and presentation Assist with guest inquiries over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for Requirements Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Experience working with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Previous restaurant or hotel experience is a plus, especially in guest services or serving roles Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest relations and phone etiquette Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods throughout shifts Experience preferred but not required. Pay:

$10.00 - $15.00 per hour
