Hostess & Sales Associate

Job Summary Mara is looking for a Guest Services Host/Sales associate to join our team on Saturdays especially! This role is the first impression of our store: greeting guests, answering phones, supporting our stylists, and helping create a polished, welcoming experience for every customer. You'll also help customers with more simple transactions in our bridal store.

warm and professional detail-oriented organized and proactive Duties Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival, providing excellent first impressions Manage appointments efficiently to optimize flow and guest satisfaction Assist guests inquiries, special requests, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience Operate POS systems such as processing orders and payments accurately Support sales efforts by engaging with customers, promoting retail products, and upselling when appropriate Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, waiting areas, and surrounding spaces Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive atmosphere Requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Previous guest services experience is a plus Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices Hospitality background experience is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest interactions.
