Full Job Description Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
• Take reservations and manage the waiting list.
• Answer phone calls and provide information to callers.
• Assist with seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space.
• Maintain a clean and organized host/host station.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
• Strong phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally.
• Knowledge of restaurant or hospitality industry practices and procedures.
• Customer service-oriented mindset to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
