Host/Hostess

• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a hospitality setting.

• Duties:

• Welcome guests as they arrive and seat them accordingly
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent guest relations skills
• Understanding of restaurant operations
