Conrad Orlando is looking to welcome a Seasonal Host/Hostess to join the team! Our hotel sits on the 1,100-acre Evermore Orlando Resort bordering Walt Disney World with a 20-acre tropical beach and 8-acre lagoon setting the stage for luxury which is as harmonious as it is captivating. It features 433 rooms, 65,000 square feet of meeting space (40,000 indoor and 25,000 outdoor), a tranquil spa, two 18-hole golf courses, and 6 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants (rooftop, southern Italian, and poolside), a cocktail bar, marketplace and in-room dining. Our Papaya Club, our Polynesian

• inspired restaurant which is open for Lunch 10:30am-6pm and Dinner 6pm-9pm.

The ideal candidate holds 1+ years experience as a Host/Hostess within restaurants. Ability to work the required shifts.

• 8/28/2026.

Must have Friday & Saturday availability (weekdays, weekends, holidays) Typical Shifts from 10 AM to 6 PM.

What will I be doing? As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs Seat guests and manage the seating chart Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow Perform opening and closing duties, as needed Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc. Ensure knowledge of menu Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships What are we looking for?
