Basic Job Functions:

The role of the Mill Technician/Lead Man includes, but is not limited to the following: Ensure safe work environment for their self and their coworkers Effectively operate the Finish Mill Ensure that we meet the quality requirements of our customers Effectively provide feedback on quality issues to our entire team Lead a crew with the expectation of excellence in Safety, Quality, Cost, Production, and Continuous Improvement. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years roll mill experience High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
