What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain hot tubs in the field and at customer homes Assist with delivery, installation, and setup of new spas Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Perform general repairs (panels, components, system fixes, etc.) Communicate clearly with customers about service and solutions Work alongside a team that supports each other and gets the job done right What Makes This Role Different You're not just fixing equipment—you're helping create great customer experiences You'll work in some of Colorado's most beautiful mountain environments You'll be part of a team that values quality work, strong communication, and reliability You'll gain skills that are highly valuable and transferable What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and dependable can do attitude Electrical troubleshooting experience ( required ) Plumbing knowledge ( a plus ) Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Comfortable working with customers in a professional manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience preferred, but we will train the right person.
