Hotel Breakfast Attendant (6A-10A)

Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Hotel Breakfast Attendant, working early morning shifts from 6 AM to 10 AM. In this energetic role, you will be the first friendly face guests see during their breakfast experience, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with their breakfast needs, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the morning hours Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, including arranging food displays and replenishing items as needed Prepare light food items and beverages, such as coffee, tea, and breakfast accompaniments, adhering to food safety standards Monitor the buffet to ensure cleanliness, proper food handling, and adherence to dietary guidelines Clear tables and assist with maintaining a tidy dining area for all guests Support catering or banquet setups when required, including serving and food presentation tasks Follow all food safety protocols and handle food with care to ensure guest safety and satisfaction Experience Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Experience in serving or catering roles, especially in breakfast or buffet settings, is preferred Background in hospitality or restaurant operations will be advantageous Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus Previous work in the food industry or dietary aide roles can provide a strong foundation for success in this position This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences.
