Job Description

Overview Spark by Hilton hotel is seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and payments accurately. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing information about hotel services and local attractions. Maintain guest records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date in the hotel management system. Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing phone etiquette to assist guests with their needs. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are reconciled accurately at the end of each day. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest concerns or requests promptly. Uphold high standards of guest relations by addressing complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred but not required. Familiarity with phone systems and strong phone etiquette skills are essential for effective communication. Experience in guest services or customer service roles will be highly regarded. Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus, though training will be provided for the right candidate. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences are key attributes we seek in our Front Desk Agent.
