In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented mindset. Maintain accurate reservation records, modify bookings as needed, and assist with room assignments. Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.. Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests over the phone or in person. Assist with guest relations initiatives to promote positive reviews and repeat visits. Support team efforts in managing guest relations at the front desk and throughout the resort. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction. Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are considered a significant advantage for serving diverse guests. Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of hotel management software systems and reservation platforms is desirable. Ability to handle night audit responsibilities accurately while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in guest services, resort operations, or hospitality management is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
