Hotel Front Desk Clerk

Job Summary Looking for a fun, energetic, professional individual to join our front desk team. Front desk receptionist is responsible for taking care of the guests by providing the best customer service. Answer phones, make reservations, checking guests in and out. Some cleaning and laundry is required. This is a fast passed work environment in a busy hotel. Must be able to think on your feet, be a good multitasker and pay attention to detail. Looking for someone who is a people person, dependable and honest. This is a 24/7 business so flexibility is important. The shifts are a mix of 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 9pm with some weekends required. Previous applicants please reapply. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system management. Manage reservations accurately using hotel management software, ensuring all guest preferences are noted and fulfilled. Address guest concerns promptly, demonstrating strong guest relations skills to resolve issues effectively. Support overall front desk operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction. Keeping the hotel clean and inviting for all. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills essential for guest interactions. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay:

$14.75 - $15.25 per hour
