Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk & Bartender, where you'll be the welcoming face and vibrant host for our guests. This exciting role combines the essential duties of managing guest check-ins and check-outs with the lively atmosphere of bartending, ensuring every visitor experiences exceptional service from arrival to departure. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, efficiently handling check-in and check-out procedures with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and services Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction Operate the front desk with attention to detail, including reservations, billing, and guest account management Prepare and serve beverages, pizza's, burgers, and appetizers at the hotel bar, creating a lively yet welcoming environment for guests to relax and socialize Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and team members to ensure clear and courteous interactions Assist with night audit procedures as needed, balancing accounts and reconciling daily transactions to support hotel operations Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, personalized interactions, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced setting Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong focus on front desk duties and guest services Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems for efficient operations Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong phone etiquette Ability to handle night audit responsibilities accurately while maintaining high attention to detail Experience working in resort or hotel environments with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask in a lively setting while maintaining professionalism Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where every guest feels valued!
