Foster a welcoming environment by maintaining outstanding guest relations, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring memorable guest experiences. Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated and professional team. Manage daily operations including night audits, front desk activities with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest services to ensure efficiency and high standards. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies while continuously improving service quality through innovative hospitality practices. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the property's amenities and services, attracting new guests while retaining loyal clientele. Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities that facilitate communication with diverse guests and staff members from various backgrounds.
