• Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations.

Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance Lead and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, high performance, and exceptional guest service Develop and implement strategies for revenue management to maximize occupancy rates and profitability Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring an outstanding guest experience from check-in to check-out Coordinate with human resources for staffing, training, performance evaluations, and employee development initiatives Monitor budgeting processes, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to meet financial goals Oversee the night audit process to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies Requirements Proven supervising experience in the hospitality or hotel management industry with demonstrated leadership capabilities Extensive knowledge of hospitality management practices including guest services, revenue management, and hotel operations Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Strong background in budgeting, human resources, and customer service excellence Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest relations management Familiarity with resort environments or large-scale hotels is preferred Excellent communication skills combined with energetic motivation to lead teams toward shared success Join us as our Hotel General Manager to inspire your team, elevate guest experiences, and shape the future of our hospitality offerings.
