  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team with passion and precision.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance. Your leadership will inspire staff, elevate service standards, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests returning time and again. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with extensive hotel management experience, a strong background in hospitality and revenue management, and the ability to motivate teams across diverse departments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest journey while driving the success of our resort or hotel property. Duties Lead daily hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth Supervise staff across departments, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment Oversee budgeting processes, expense control, and financial reporting to meet or exceed revenue targets Manage human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws Ensure high standards of guest relations by resolving issues promptly and maintaining excellent customer service standards Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote the property and increase occupancy rates Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reconciliation at the end of each day Maintain compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and hotel policies Utilize multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries professionally while practicing exemplary phone etiquette Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities that facilitate communication with diverse guests and staff members Proven supervising experience within hospitality management or hotel operations Strong knowledge of revenue management techniques to optimize profitability Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Deep understanding of hotel management systems and front desk operations including night audit procedures Experience in human resources functions such as staffing, training, conflict resolution, and employee engagement Budgeting expertise to manage expenses effectively while achieving financial goals Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Familiarity with resort environments or large-scale hospitality settings is a plus Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests by leading a dedicated team committed to excellence.
