Job description Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong background in hospitality management. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and handle escalated guest concerns professionally Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals Monitor budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and brand awareness Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and the local community Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of experience in hotel management or a senior leadership role Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of improving operational performance and profitability Knowledge of hotel management systems and industry best practices Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Core Competencies Leadership & Team Development Financial Acumen Customer Service Excellence Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Operational Efficiency Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts and perks
