Greet guests with genuine hospitality, managing check-in and check-out procedures with a focus on ease and care.
Curate Guest Stays:
Act as a local expert, providing thoughtful information about hotel amenities and Clemson's best local attractions to enhance the guest journey. Communicate with
Care:
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and poise, offering bilingual assistance where needed to serve all travelers. Personalize the
Experience:
Respond promptly to guest requests, including room preferences, special accommodations, and concierge-level services.
Ensure Operational Excellence:
Maintain accurate records through night audit procedures, ensuring the property remains safe, organized, and welcoming overnight. Advocate for
Guests:
Address concerns with empathy and resolve issues swiftly to uphold our reputation for excellence in guest relations.
Team Collaboration:
Work in harmony with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure every guest's needs are met seamlessly and proactively.
Experience Hospitality Background:
Previous experience in hotel operations or guest relations is highly preferred, especially within a service-driven environment. Passion for
Service:
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural desire to create positive, lasting impressions.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written abilities; multilingual or bilingual skills are a significant advantage for serving our diverse clientele.
Technical Savvy:
Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone etiquette is beneficial.
Industry Knowledge:
An understanding of hospitality standards, including guest relations best practices and night audit procedures.
