Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring they meet established cleanliness standards. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality. Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed during cleaning routines to promote health and safety for residents and visitors. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Manage custodial supplies inventory, restocking cleaning products and equipment as needed to ensure smooth operations. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines or training new team members in cleaning procedures. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with a strong understanding of sanitation standards. Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and janitorial practices. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Knowledge of housekeeper management principles and best practices for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Familiarity with hotel or custodial experience is a plus; certification in janitorial or hospitality services is advantageous.
