Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following established protocols. Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of all surfaces. Restock linens, toiletries, and supplies to ensure guest comfort and convenience. Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns. Follow safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely turnover of rooms and uphold cleanliness standards across the property. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service. Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
