Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to meet high standards of cleanliness Care for flooring through vacuuming, carpet cleaning, polishing, and floor care techniques to preserve their appearance and safety. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards. Follow established health and safety protocols during cleaning procedures to protect yourself and guests. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks using industrial cleaning equipment when necessary. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or hospitality environments. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, polishing, and carpet extraction. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and procedures to deliver consistent quality service. Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining a lively pace. Excellent custodial skills with an eye for detail to ensure every space is spotless. Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively with colleagues in housekeeping management roles.
