Hotel Housekeeper

Must be able to work weekends. Part-Time, 25-35 hours per week on average.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned areas according to established standards and procedures
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to hotel standards
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff and follow all health and safety regulations

Skills:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of housekeeping management techniques is a plus
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces and materials
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices
• Experience in industrial cleaning or floor care is a bonus
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks Weekends and Holidays Required.
