Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following established standards Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and other shared spaces in accordance with hotel policies Use janitorial and industrial cleaning equipment efficiently and safely to achieve optimal results Assist with inventory management by restocking cleaning supplies and reporting supply needs promptly Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or industrial setting Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, and waxing Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards for guest service excellence Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts Experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your skills directly contribute to memorable guest experiences!
