• This position is based at the Villa Motel Manitou Springs located in Manitou Springs, CO.
• We are looking for a professional Housekeeper able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.

The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation. This is a seasonal position. If interested, please apply online. Applying in person is optional. The position hours are from 8:30AM to 1:00PM.

• All candidates must be able to produce identification as required by the I-9 Employment Verification form in order to apply. Employment eligibility will be confirmed by E-Verify.
• Housekeeping team members may receive shared monetary tips from our satisfied guests as a gratuity. The housekeeper duties in our hotel may include:
• Removal of linens & terry from guest rooms.
• Removal of all discarded items from trash receptacles and found throughout the guest rooms.
• Clean all guest rooms in a timely manner as instructed by management.
• Clean and dry any tubs & showers thoroughly, clean toilets, clean bathroom floors, clean sink/mirrors. All chrome fixtures, tub/shower handles - vanity faucets should be shining & free from water marks.
• Make all guest room beds with clean linens.
• Clean flooring thoroughly.
• Dust all furniture and fixtures.
• Restock guest room amenities including clean towels.
• Report any maintenance issues on a daily Housekeeping Report.
• Must follow all processes and procedures required by hotel management.
• Be prompt, courteous to guests, and be professional.
