Hotel Housekeeper

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Conduct floor care duties including mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitization to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred; hotel experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleaning standards. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and staff alike. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
