Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and disinfecting bathrooms to uphold hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and recreational spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to keep all surfaces pristine. Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and supplies to meet guest needs efficiently. Follow established safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards. Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning equipment and floor care methods is advantageous. Experience in hospitality or janitorial services demonstrates your ability to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and procedures is beneficial.
