Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Hospitality Operations Attendant to join our hotel team. This all-in-one position supports the housekeeping, laundry, and hotel operations departments to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities Include:

Clean and service guest rooms and public areas Restock housekeeping carts, linens, towels, and guest supplies Assist housekeeping staff with deliveries and room requests Operate laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and folding stations Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels Maintain cleanliness of hallways, storage rooms, laundry areas, and common spaces Respond promptly to guest and management requests Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and brand standards at all times

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Hotel experience preferred but not required — paid training provided

Limpiar y dar servicio a habitaciones y áreas públicas del hotel Reabastecer carros de limpieza, ropa de cama, toallas y suministros para huéspedes Ayudar al personal de housekeeping con entregas y solicitudes de habitaciones Operar equipos de lavandería, incluyendo lavadoras, secadoras y estaciones de doblado Clasificar, lavar, secar, doblar y organizar ropa de cama y toallas del hotel Mantener limpias las áreas comunes, pasillos, cuartos de almacenamiento y lavandería Responder rápidamente a solicitudes de huéspedes y gerencia Seguir en todo momento los estándares de limpieza, seguridad y calidad del hotel

Requisitos:

Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo Debe poder levantar, empujar y mover hasta 50 libras Capacidad para permanecer de pie y caminar por períodos prolongados Disponibilidad flexible, incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos Experiencia en hotelería preferida pero no requerida — entrenamiento pagado disponible Salario y
