Temp-to-Hire Schedule Requirements:

4-5 days per week Job Summary We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Hotel Housekeepers to join our team in Carpinteria, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and hotel areas in a clean, organized, and sanitary condition while providing excellent attention to detail and customer service. Candidates must have previous housekeeping experience, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Weekend availability is required. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms after check-out according to hotel standards Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries Replenish guest room supplies and amenities as needed Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and common areas Clean bathrooms, mirrors, windows, and furniture thoroughly Remove trash and dispose of waste properly Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to management Ensure rooms are inspection-ready and meet cleanliness standards Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies organized and stocked Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures Provide professional and courteous service to guests and staff Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience required Hotel housekeeping experience preferred Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards Ability to work independently and efficiently Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Good communication skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25-40 lbs as needed Comfortable performing repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift Schedule 1st Shift 4-5 days per week Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
