Hotel Housekeeping Manager

The Nantasket Beach Hotel is currently searching for a Housekeeping Manager! The Nantasket Beach Resort is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping Department at our resort located off the oceanfront Nantasket Beach! This role is responsible for overseeing the overall cleanliness and presentation of the hotel, ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest standards. The Housekeeping Manager will lead, train, and direct the housekeeping team to maintain clean, organized, and welcoming spaces that create a lasting positive impression on our guests. Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervises the work activities of housekeeping staff under the direction of the General Manager. Provides training including safety and standard operating procedures to all housekeeping personnel. Ensures adherence to company quality standards by inspecting rooms, including deep cleans. Distributes keys and work assignments to staff and leads a productive pre-shift meeting each day. Addresses guest complaints regarding housekeeping services. Ensures the staff is practicing efficient and effective procedures. Monitors linen and guest supply inventory. Reports any maintenance repairs to maintenance staff; records repair information in maintenance log. Assumes functions of Housekeeper as necessary. Manages the lost and found program.

Positions Qualifications:

Previous leadership experience required. Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Highly responsible and reliable. Ability to multitask. Candidates must be willing to relocate and/or commute to North Conway, New Hampshire. $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
