Duties Operate commercial laundry machines to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing with precision and care Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results Perform quality checks on laundered items to identify stains or damages that may require special attention such as dry cleaning Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety protocols related to handling detergents, chemicals, and laundry equipment Assist with inventory management by tracking linen supplies and notifying supervisors when stock levels are low Support other housekeeping staff by providing freshly laundered textiles promptly for guest rooms and public areas Requirements Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred Knowledge of laundry procedures including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning techniques Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met consistently Good physical stamina for standing, lifting heavy loads, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts Basic understanding of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment operation Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly enhance our guests' experience!
