Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Lead Hotel Engineer - Boston, MA Join a respected hospitality group at a select service hotel located in the vibrant Revere Beach area. This is a key leadership opportunity to make a direct impact by ensuring outstanding guest experiences through exceptional property upkeep, safety, and operational excellence. Lead Engineer Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary ($70K-$80K) with potential for additional compensation Paid time off and holiday pay Supportive leadership and a culture focused on teamwork and service excellence Lead Engineer Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of maintenance or engineering experience in a hotel environment Previous hotel management experience in engineering/maintenance is required Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals Basic computer proficiency with work order systems, email, and spreadsheets Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts Lead Engineer Preferred Background & Skills Previous Chief Engineer or Lead Engineer experience CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Lead Engineer Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee daily operation and maintenance of all building systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety Lead preventative maintenance programs for guest rooms and public spaces to ensure excellent condition Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and team members Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, including project oversight Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards, safety codes, and local/state/federal regulations Guide, train, and supervise the maintenance team while promoting a culture of safety and service Develop and manage the maintenance budget, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for savings If you are a hospitality-focused engineering leader ready to make a difference in a high-visibility hotel setting, apply now to join a team that values your expertise and commitment.
