Hotel Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities
• Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track and prioritize work orders
• Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed
• Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a maintenance department
• Strong knowledge of CMMS software and its applications in tracking work orders and scheduling maintenance tasks
• Proficient in performing various types of maintenance repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal departments and external vendors
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Pool Maintenance ( Paid training available )
