Maintenance Manager - Hull, Massachusetts Nantasket Beach Resort is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Engineering Department. In this hands on, energetic role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel maintenance, ensuring that our property remains in excellent condition, safe, and fully operational. Your leadership will drive proactive maintenance strategies, coordinate repairs, and implement improvements that enhance guest experience and operational efficiency. Relocation to the Hull, MA area is required. Position Overview The Maintenance Manager oversees all hotel maintenance operations, preventative maintenance programs, life safety systems, and capital projects while managing and developing the maintenance team. This position plays a critical role in supporting hotel operations and enhancing the guest experience. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing plans to maintain the resort's buildings, grounds, equipment, and assets in a safe and efficient condition Oversee the preventative maintenance program at the hotel Supervise, train, and develop maintenance staff in customer service, standard operating procedures, safety, and loss prevention Create and manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective action, as needed Develop preventative maintenance programs for all hotel systems and equipment Ensure all emergency and life safety systems are inspected, tested, and compliant with required standards Administer and support vendor contracts related to the Maintenance Department Ensure guest room maintenance requests are addressed promptly and professionally Respond immediately to alarms to determine cause and location, assess emergency status, communicate findings to the Front Desk, and take appropriate action Support renovations, capital improvements, and special projects as assigned About Nantasket Beach Resort Located just steps from the shoreline, Nantasket Beach Resort offers guests a classic New England seaside escape. $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
