Hotel Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking team of two to manage our family owned motel in Bliss Idaho. This is a full-time, live-in position perfect for a team ready to handle daily operations together in a quiet, rural setting.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

Answering phones and handling guest inquiries Taking reservations (phone, online, walk-ins) Checking guests in and out General facility management and caretaking (light cleaning, grounds upkeep) Handling motel laundry Basic bookkeeping and office tasks

What We're Looking For:

Team of two is ideal for sharing duties and 24/7 availability Hands-on maintenance skills: Ability to perform minor repairs like snaking clogged toilets, unclogging drains, replacing leaky sinks/faucets, and general room upkeep Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking reservations, expenses, and reports Friendly, customer-service oriented with strong communication skills Reliable, trustworthy, and able to live on-site (must be available for occasional after-hours needs) Previous motel/hotel experience a plus, but willing to train the right team This is a great opportunity for a dedicated team looking to live rent-free while running a cozy motel in a peaceful community!
