Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee nightly financial reconciliations, handle guest inquiries, and maintain the security and integrity of the hotel during the overnight shift. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming environment for guests arriving late or departing early, while supporting the front desk team in delivering top-tier customer service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills in a fast-paced resort setting. Duties Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial records. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing prompt assistance to guests and staff. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during late hours, ensuring a seamless experience with excellent customer service and phone etiquette. Monitor security systems, perform visual inspections of public areas, and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the property. Respond to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation for management review. Assist with front desk operations as needed, supporting guest relations and ensuring high standards of hospitality are maintained overnight. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality roles, particularly in front desk or night audit functions. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality management principles. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and other hotel management software efficiently. Previous hotel experience in a resort or similar environment is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities calmly during overnight hours. Pay:
$16.50 - $17.00 per hour
