In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and maintain the security and integrity of the hotel during nighttime hours. Your proactive attitude and excellent communication skills will help create a welcoming environment for all guests while ensuring operational accuracy and safety. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills in a vibrant resort setting, providing essential support to our guests and staff overnight. Duties Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations while reconciling daily financial transactions. Manage check-ins and check-outs for late arrivals and early departures with professionalism and efficiency. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone or in person, delivering outstanding customer service. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation to ensure seamless handovers between shifts. Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed. Support front desk operations by assisting with reservations, guest services, and administrative tasks to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in a front desk or night audit capacity. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong guest relations abilities. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication. Knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure guest safety and operational compliance. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
