In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact during nighttime hours, managing front desk responsibilities, guest relations, and financial reconciliations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your contributions will help maintain the hotel's reputation for outstanding service while supporting smooth overnight functions in a fast-paced resort environment. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with warm, friendly customer service. Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries efficiently. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records. Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies to resolve issues effectively and courteously. Reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure accountability. Assist with setting up breakfast as needed. Skills Hotel experience a plus. Exceptional phone etiquette skills Strong understanding of guest services, hotel procedures, and hospitality standards in a resort setting.. Excellent guest relations skills with a proactive attitude toward resolving issues and enhancing guest satisfaction.
