dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team in Marina CA. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of overnight front desk activities, guest account reconciliation, and providing exceptional guest services during nighttime hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience with hotel management systems are highly valued to enhance guest relations and operational accuracy.

Shift Availability:

Sunday- Thursday Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins and check-outs Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette Maintain guest relations by providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest needs promptly Prepare daily reports on financial transactions, occupancy, and other relevant data for management review Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night hours by monitoring surveillance systems and performing safety checks Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records and managing guest requests Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest comfort and safety during overnight hours Assist with breakfast set up Experience Prior experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel guest services is preferred Knowledge of night audit procedures within a hotel or resort environment is highly desirable Bilingual skills (e.g., English-Spanish) are a plus to effectively serve diverse guests Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality setting with a focus on guest relations and hotel management systems This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our hospitality team, ensuring seamless overnight operations while delivering memorable guest experiences.
