Monitor and manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications with professionalism and courtesy. Provide outstanding guest services at the front desk, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues promptly. Maintain security by performing routine safety checks of the property, managing access control, and reporting any irregularities or incidents. Prepare detailed shift reports, including guest arrivals/departures, incident logs, and audit summaries for management review. Support guest relations by addressing special requests or concerns with a friendly attitude and effective problem-solving skills. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the hotel environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in front desk or night audit roles. Excellent customer service skills with a warm, approachable demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally at all times. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
