In this role, you'll be the first point of contact during the night shift, managing front desk duties, guest relations, and security protocols while preparing a breakfast service in the morning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills. Duties Oversee overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports to ensure accuracy and compliance Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive guest relations Ensure safety and security by monitoring cameras and enforcing hotel policies during the night shift Assist with early morning breakfast setup, ensuring a welcoming presentation of food stations and maintaining cleanliness standards Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette to respond to guest calls and internal inquiries effectively Support team members with administrative tasks such as logging incidents, updating records, and preparing shift reports Skills Experience in hospitality or hotel operations with a focus on front desk or night audit roles preferred not required Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and guest services protocols Attention to detail for financial reconciliation, record keeping, and safety procedures during night audits Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism Phone etiquette skills and a friendly demeanor to foster positive guest interactions This energetic role invites passionate hospitality professionals eager to make a difference overnight while welcoming guests at the start of their day.
